Federica Boarini

Always passionate about foreign languages and cultures, while graduating in "Asian languages, cultures and markets”, Federica spent her first period abroad, specifically in Augsburg, Germany. Immediately after her graduation, she leaves for Xi, An in China, to deepen her linguistic and cultural knowledge of the country and begin her first work experience as a cultural mediator, to then move back to Italy where she started her first job in inside sales. In 2018 she began her career in Reverse as an international headhunter and soon after she managed to open the company's first foreign branch, in Berlin, Germany. She thus manages to reconcile her passion for business development and her skills in cultural mediation and following the rapid growth rate of Reverse, she now holds the role of Head of International Development.
