Guillaume is currently People & Culture Director France for Sanofi. With a distinguished international and cross-industry career spanning nearly two decades, Guillaume has held diverse HR leadership roles at Country, Regional, and Global levels. A graduate of Sciences Po and ESCP Business School, he began his career in Consulting before transitioning into Human Resources across Industry and Tech sectors. Throughout these experiences, Guillaume has driven major transformations while positioning HR as an innovative and strategic function. Guillaume is recognized for his expertise in organizational transformation, international talent management, social dialogue, and HR performance management. He has also served as Associate Professor at Sorbonne Paris Nord University, where he taught Change Management and Social Dialogue.
